📍 Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use Australia Post for all domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. 🌍 International Shipping
We currently do offer international shipping outside Australia.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and can range between 7–21 business days.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. 🚚 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.
4. 📦 Lost or Damaged Items
Covered girl is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
